to make a difference

We are the GFWC Woman’s Club of the Denville-Rockaway Area and we welcome all women with the desire to help their community. Our club participates in a variety of local, state, and national service projects. We provide women the opportunity to get involved and make a difference. There is something for everyone, including diverse projects, social events and informative programs; here, community service is combined with forming friendships and having fun.

Eight women from our Woman’s Club rallied to help on Denville PRIDE Rid Litter Day. They cleaned up the area on Morris Ave opposite the Denville Hampton Inn. Janet handed out coupons for free franks and soda compliments of Denville Dog.

Several members attended the Civic Engagement and outreach day to hear presentations from three organizations; Roots and Wings, Community Hope NJ and the Alzheimer's Association. Members learned about the services each organization provided, and ways our club might be able to support them. For more information about these organizations click on the links provided.
